1yONE 2 ONE values feedback and transparency. Our goal is to create a culture of open communication, collaboration and growth for our staff and clients alike.
Because of this commitment, we encourage all employees to offer feedback, questions and concerns during regularly held staff meetings, manager 1on1s, and team meetings. We want to attract and retain top talent that embody professionalism and directly address any concerns they may have with our company operations, service delivery, or employee expectations.
As ONE 2 ONE continues to grow, we know there may be growing pains and improvements to make. We need qualified and open feedback from employees to make positive change happen. Our management team and dedicated employees respectfully disagree with repeated negative comments and inaccurate claims, especially when this feedback has not been openly shared with company leadership or peers.
