We will like to clear a small smoke from the conversation - one.com India provides open and free access to the cafeteria and this is nowhere related to deduction from salary. Coming to your team-specific feedback we duly understand that this team does all the hard work by monitoring our systems throughout the day & night. While this is the nature of the job, we do everything possible to remove stress and provide work-life balance by following relaxation events, team-building, standard schedule of the job, complete WFH, and strictly following 8 hours, 5 days schedule. Trust and respect are at the core of our actions and are followed by each employee for other employees irrespective of location, role, and function. The same goes between India - Denmark and other locations.
