Pros
The whole package is amazing! The company is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the city and the building is just amazing. There's just this very good vibe in the office and a great view. The office works and there's a relaxed atmosphere - the so-called danish flat hierarchy that I came to like. Flex working hours are also a plus. It is a great place to start if you just came to Denmark or if you're a student, and there is proper training when you start this position.
Cons
They completely take this relaxed and flat hierarchy too far, to the point that there is no respect sometimes and you don't know who should you go to in order to address a problem. There is no employee retention mindset, there is no salary discussion possible and it really depends a lot on your social skills being heard or not. There is a lot of wasted talent in the company that management is blind or unaware of and the job is very underpaid if you consider what it takes to do it and salaries in Denmark. Therefor, you can guess that - either you really enjoy very much customer service and/or the bundle you get for working here, or you actually feel that there is little else you can do besides this job.
