People should be warned about the current state of this company. It used to be a genuinely good place to work, but since the change in leadership, or lack thereof, it has turned into a toxic and highly stressful environment. There is little to no transparency, and communication around strategy and commercial direction is often misleading or entirely vague. The company has been steadily reducing its workforce and treats it as normal for someone who has owned a project or key responsibility for years to suddenly disappear from Slack overnight. No explanation is given. Employees are simply told that the person is no longer with the company, with no context or accountability. There are also clear double standards. Employees in the Copenhagen office receive free breakfast and lunch, while those in Malmö have to pay for lunch and do not receive breakfast at all (but hey, you get a free domain ?). Work-life balance is equally inconsistent. Some employees are allowed reasonable boundaries, while others are expected to work weekends just to launch a new page because the transformation office decided it needed to be done within 48 hours (true story). You won't be compensated for working overtime though, but you are expected to do the work anyways. If you are considering joining, think carefully. Even if the salary looks decent, chances are you will be gone within a few months, simply because someone decided so.
