      I’d be lying if I said there were any.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, poor leadership with no accountability, terrible salaries (but you’ll be one of ‘the best paid people in the country’ ;) ), zero growth or commitment to staff wellbeing.

      great atmosphere and the workers are all very nice

      Pros

      4 day working week 9 months of the year

      Cons

      Corrupt with nepotism. Rooted in white saviourism and totally closed to any suggestion of change or improvement. Built by a team of friends who fire anyone who goes against them. Ruthlessly biased, take no account of due processes and saddle those leaving with an NDA so they cannot talk about it. No reliable or trained HR team. A huge waste of a great concept.
