      Pros

      Working at OWI has been the most engaging and rigorous job of my career thus far. Small teams, smart people, and intense project work for companies solving exciting problems in identity.

      Cons

      As compared to a Big Four consulting shop, you're going to take on more responsibilities and tasks that previously were handed off up or down the ladder. Whether that's better or worse depends on your personality.

      Pros

      If you’re interested in the startup culture of trail and error and figuring it out on the spot this is the perfect place for you.

      Cons

      - Lack of organization. Little to no processes in place in terms of sales and how to engage with new clients/projects. - The CEO relies on his personal relationships with clients to get business which makes it a bit difficult for others to do their job — the CEO always promises someone more via a private conversation that no one was aware of. - Senior management tends to have awkward arguments in front of employees (open office). - Cliquish ways. Very high school like for people over 30. - They can’t seem to keep employees turnover rate high.
