The owners are REAL people. They respect and appreciate the work of every employee. The culture is energetic, techie, and fun. There is a pervasive work hard/ play hard philosophy. The owners also believe firmly in creating a place of opportunity where people can grow both professionally and personally. Lot's of ground floor opportunities as there are several divisions. Owners care and work along side you and are accessible and open minded. Everyone has influence on the future of the business. Smart energetic managers seek to help you grow. Lots of social outings, etc. You will learn a lot on the job from smart people. Very structured and organized for a business of this size.
Cons
The company is small but growing quickly. Most of the cons are ones associated with small business...benefits are not a great as large organizations, pay a lil less but you get flexibility, career path not as clear or limited due to size. Everyone kind of knows everyone else's business as it's a small team. This is good and bad. Decisions some times take longer than necessary.
