OWS has allowed me to gain valuable experience in Sales and Marketing skills while not micromanaging me.
OWS is small company with a family feel to it, from the beginning of my employment there they have made me feel welcomed.
They've created such a cool work environment. With such a small team it allows each individual to make a big impact. I love being able to suggest high-level strategies and get approval to lead new initiatives. The leaders have used technology as a competitive advantage to scale the business with only a small team - it's so neat be part of.
Cons
Nothing I've experience so far. You need to be a self-starter in any small team environment but I thrive on that.
