      Good location and good hours.

      Cons

      Owner is very smart and does a great job of selling the company, but lacks skills in leadership, training, or building a team that could help her run the business. Management/executive staff are inexperienced, leading to high employee turnover. They are currently a well cultivated culture built on micromanagement and toxicity.

      Good pay,benefits are ok too

      Cons

      Sink or swim attitude. BAD training and they will fire people who don't learn because they are not trained properly in the first place. Home office is not helpful and always too busy with bad attitude. short staffed because they have such a high turnaround.
