Pros
Employees were enjoyable to work with. The people I met and worked around were very nice but only one was odd. People seemed to like working for the company I think, except a few new people.
Cons
Recently let go given no reason. Was told they were exercising their 'At Will' right. Was told as I was being walked out all the employees liked working with me and was given a hug goodbye. Only can assume they kept the person I was supposed to replace. Odd place to work for, nothing was organized and in my initial first day with HR, was told the company was not Scientologists, even though I was supposed to take a course from a book by Ron L. Hubbard in January. Google the owner and you'll see the history of this.
