      Pros

      Busy friendly Atmosphere, on the job training, competitive incentives, good pay with benefits - have to be self motivated to stay on task to make up to 80 calls a day plus taking inbounds to make appointments for clients moving - free service for clients - makes the day go by quickly - always busy - have tvs and music playing to keep you energized too

      Cons

      The only Con is you must leave a lot of voicemails and this job does require a lot of sitting but with two breaks and 1/2 hour lunch you get to walk around or go outside

      Pros

      There were no positives. Firm did not have good products, services or management. Product launch process and training were poor

      Cons

      Small Firm, Sexist, No proper training. No real management style. Management only shared critical sales opportunities referrals based on favoritism. DO NOT APPLY. RESIGN IF YOU ARE STILL THERE. DO NOT RECOMMEND Products, Services, Management Personnel. Account Executives were all kind, diligent and focused. Work environment disorderly.
