      Decent compensation, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Poor Communication- none of Management on same page and often different directive handed down by different managers but get upset when directive is questioned. They will tell you anything you want to hear to keep you content but follow thru never happens. Low employee moral

      Pros

      Good people, small family company, average pay, location near Deerbrook has a lot of choices to eat and shop, very family oriented, flexible

      Cons

      Lack of training and communication. There is not much room to grow. Open space work area and management attitudes.
