Pros

Provides a paycheck and in a very nice office building.

Cons

They are not an actual marketing company. They operate under the guise of "direct marketing" which is misleading because they basically go door to door street by street selling cheap cosmetics to any business that will listen to them. Beware- you will be a door to door salesman, not an actual marketing professional. If that's what you like then more power to you. This not not a job you can build sustainable career skills from, unless you want to be in door to door sales your entire career. In your second interview they will talk to you about your earnings potential and promotion scheme in which they tell you that if you work hard enough you can move up in 6-10 months to account manager and eventually become a district manager making $150,000. No Business organization in the world can promise that in such a short amount of time. Again they dont promise you upward mobility but they dangle it in front of you to get you to work. Just do your research into Multi-Level Marketing Schemes before you go to work with them. They also don't offer any benefits.
