Horrible Place - Sales Associate One Source Financing Employee Review

Working here was a humbling experience. I remember the first day I started, my co-workers made me laugh so much! Everyone here is down to earth, caring and self-motivated. We all worked in unity to achieve the company's goals and mission and if we were not able to meet those, we kept trying until we did. No one here gives up- it is part of the culture. We've connected and leaned on each other through overwhelming times of sadness and happiness which formed a bond we will forever share. What I enjoyed the most was that everyone was open, vulnerable and as a result became comfortable within the environment which created a sound and trust worthy space to work in. Every now and then everyone would participate in company outings for a cause with management which gave us an opportunity to get to know him better, spend quality time outside of work with our co- workers and take part in societal change for the community. Management is open to suggestions from employees and he also includes everyone into the decision making process which I personally enjoyed because it made me feel included.

Because the company is still growing, there are many trial and errors but it is understandable.

There was not many pros. The group I came in with was a good group of guys but everyone quit within a month because of how bad the company was doing.

The pay was horrendous. There is no commission to really be made. They paid everyone 11 or 12 an hour. They ran out of money to find deals so even if you made a sale it would fall through and you would make 0 money on the deal. They lied to clients saying everything was done in house when most of the deals were our sources. The work environment was the worse than the pay. Bosses would threaten you and send you text messages you were on the chopping block even though everyone was doing the same thing. A lot of senior employees were extremely racist and sexist and would make horrendous remarks thinking it was good office humor. Employees often came in to work drunk or high or back from lunch drunk or high. A manager ran a gambling book for some employees and openly talked about it. The owners would lie about pay and commissions the new employees. Worst job I or anyone I worked with said they ever had.
