Pros
One Source has allowed me to grow professionally and personally. They offer opportunities to learn the telecom industry and opportunities to polish my professional skills as well. Management treats all employees with respect and are very open. One Source also provides a great host of benefits and a generous PTO policy. My fellow employees are all very welcoming and are personable.
Cons
The company has grown quickly, bringing some strain to teams. However, I do feel that these growing pains are being addressed and the right actions are being taken to not only address them but also make things better as we continue to grow.
