Pros
The culture is very open. You are able to speak your mind and grow as a person both professionally and personally. The people across the teams are extremely genuine and fun. Even after transitioning to remote work, leadership has found ways to engage everyone and keep the fun alive. The company is growing, however it still feels like family which is cliche to say but this company is literally the cliche. It's pretty unreal how genuine the investment is in each employee.
Cons
The company is growing so with that come some growing pains as anyone who has worked at a growing company will know. I will say that leadership addresses these growing pains head on and you are able to speak to leadership about it as well. There is a lot of open communication and problem solving. I put this in cons because if you don't want to deal with growing pains at all that may be a con for you, however it is important to note that these are quickly solved for and discussed and no matter the rank of the employee they are able to communicate with leadership.
