Pros

Working near the gym, people understand more holistic life approach

Cons

Only room for progression for personal trainers, lots of forgotten people and roles in the business, makes promises they can't keep, money is main motivator, unprofessional comments by upper management

Pros

Best company with an amazing culture, honestly one of the best places you could choose to start your career as a PT. The level of support is on another level, especially when it comes to building a sustainable and long term business, not just chasing quick wins. It’s not just surface level stuff, it actually helps you become a better coach, understand your clients deeper, and grow with confidence. If you’re serious about doing this properly and setting yourself up for long term success, it’s the perfect environment.
