I've worked as Executive Assistant to the CEO since 2022, and what stands out most is how genuinely supportive this company has been through my personal life changes, including becoming a mom. The team has worked with me on flexible scheduling, parental leave, and adjusting my workload during transitions, and it never felt like a fight to get that support. Working directly with the CEO has been one of the best parts of this job. Payam is approachable, respectful of my time, and he leads with a level of integrity that sets the tone for the whole company. It's rare to find a CEO who's both high-performing and genuinely good to work for, and that combination makes a real difference in my day to day.
