You can be on your phone or watching Netflix anytime of the shift
Cons
Management does not care about you, the company does not value you as an employee and is ready to get rid of you if you give them an opportunity. The overall employee relationship here is not ideal, you have 2-3 people on a shift with you at a time, and at times you will be by yourself, the company does not hire anyone else to help you. When you do have someone else on shift with you it is possible that they might not help you or do anything to assist with the call volume or any questions you have.
