      Pros

      None at all. Horrible management

      Cons

      Don't do the rota for the next week till the Friday so you can't make plans. Management actual scream at the staff. Phone staff on their days off to shout at them. Not allowed breaks. They say you get paid for it so you should work it.

      If you want more hours than what your contracted too it’s great you’re basically guaranteed them as I was only contracted to 12 hrs but was doing between 20-30 a week

      Was working here while studying and even though my manager knew I could not work certain shifts I was constantly scheduled to work when I couldn’t. Was also spoke to like a child at times by supervisors and undermined
