If you want more hours than what your contracted too it’s great you’re basically guaranteed them as I was only contracted to 12 hrs but was doing between 20-30 a week
Cons
Was working here while studying and even though my manager knew I could not work certain shifts I was constantly scheduled to work when I couldn’t. Was also spoke to like a child at times by supervisors and undermined
