Everyone is treated as an equal (but really). - You will be mentored and taught by the greatest creative and analytical minds in the industry, but at your own pace and based on your individual goals. - I'm an American and work visa issues are the only reason that I'm no longer with One Net.

- Disorganized project management practices. - Irregular work hours coupled with an expectation of round-the-clock availability. - Substandard communication protocols. - Leadership characterized by toxicity, Marked by an unwillingness to take accountability for internal challenges or errors, and a propensity to manipulate situations to deflect responsibility onto others. - Deviation from typical processes observed in many productions.
