We’re sorry to hear that other aspects of your experience fell short. While we can’t comment on individual situations, we take concerns around communication, compensation, workload, and trust very seriously. We also recognize that rapid growth can create challenges, and we are committed to addressing them.
It’s important to note that since your review, our People & Culture function has undergone significant changes, including the change to a new HR leader. Their focus is on building stronger employee support, increasing transparency, reinforcing fairness, and improving the overall HR experience.
We continue to evaluate compensation structures, staffing needs, system improvements (just implemented UKG Ready for better administration and employee experience for payroll, benefits, performance, etc) and operational processes to better support our call center and all departments. Employee feedback, both positive and critical, plays a meaningful role in guiding these efforts.
