As you are aware, One Manchester is currently delivering the Shaping our Future programme which will improve services to our customers and colleagues. We appreciate change can be difficult at times, and have introduced various listening initiatives and a monthly colleague survey so we can understand and act on any key issues. We're also committed to being transparent through the process, which includes regular updates to all colleagues and our Board. We encourage you to discuss your concerns with your line manager or a member of our People Team, who will enable you to share your feelings in confidence so that we can work together to alleviate some of the concerns you have.
