Pros

There are some wonderful colleagues that work hard to support customers.

Cons

Where to start! The executive team are awful. They are bullies and protect their favourites. The place is full of the CEOs friends who act as her spies. They waste customers money on parties and food events to try and make out they care about their staff, when the reality is they know most colleagues are working excessively. Although the favourites are living a charmed life. The CXO is notorious, everybody is scared of her. I cannot stress enough how colleagues feel about them. The turnover is insane, people don’t stay and the ones that do have had their confidence eroded to the point they don’t feel they can.

Pros

Has been a great place to work in the past but new CEO has brought in her own team and wiped out most of the staff that have been there years.

Cons

No loyalty to staff. Dreadful place to work despite all the hype about benefits packages. Lots of people leaving or off sick

I seriously suggest the company look up the meaning of pros. In the dictionary as they are none

Cons

Discrimination against disabled Discrimination based on religion Bullying managers who lie about staff and make serious allegations without any evidence Sexual harassment
