      Pros

      Good crash course into the industry, you will gain connections, you will be trained to do different tasks. Former CEO Sari Yap was great.

      Cons

      Low pay, does not pay contributors on time, management doesn't always consider your department, HR is slow with certain processes, does not reimburse on time

      You get to really expand your network and attend events of the lifetime

      Cons

      Lot of out of pocket expenses to keep up with the job. Sometimes feels like you're paying to work the job.
