Customer Service is a demanding role, and when processes, metrics, or change management are not handled well, the impact is felt immediately by frontline teams. Your feedback on training, communication around role expectations, and the pace of procedural change is taken seriously. Those are areas where clarity and preparation matter, and where we must continue to improve.
As the company has scaled, we have made adjustments to how we onboard, train, and support customer-facing teams, including more structured training, clearer documentation, and improved manager enablement. That work is ongoing.
While this experience was clearly not a good fit for you, we appreciate the feedback and use it to inform improvements for current and future team members.
