The founders rarely come to the office, so while interaction is practically nonexistent, at least the morning timings end up being wonderfully flexible.
Cons
They hire you for one role but magically reshuffle you into another overnight—because who doesn’t love surprises at work? Official timings say 7:30 PM, but try leaving at 7:30 and enjoy the walk of shame, since the founders heroically begin their day sometime after lunch. You request WFH and get politely threatened with unpaid leave, but don’t worry, their favourites can take WFH like it’s a fundamental right. And of course, the policies are not company-wide.
