Pros
There is plenty of work, a lot of traveling and a lot of different things you get to do. Management are great and easy to talk to. They listen to your needs. All the equipment you need is provided for you. you will work between 48-58 hours per week.
Cons
While management is great and good to talk to, they train you to do one thing thoroughly, but really they want you to breeze through it. (They want quality, yes, but with so many sites to see, it is difficult to manage quality and time in this job).
