      Quality guidance and mentorship . Great balance between being challenged and being supported. Work feels valued and purposeful.

      Pros

      Loved working with some of the staff, the owner cared about her employees. The customers were great, many repeats and they made the day pleasant.

      Cons

      About half of the staff can be passive aggressive, not promoting a good working environment. The lack of a dedicated employee break area.
