      Very poor leadership. Always drama and fighting with clients. Uneven workloads. Lack of transparency. This is a family own business and the environment lacks autonomy.

      Very sound training process, understanding and helpful boss/coworkers

      Cons

      Not much honestly, hours were good. If anything I would just say that I didn't have a super defined role as an intern.
