If you like corporate environments with a bureautic structure, you won't like One Eighteen. This agency is deliberately lean and attracts a certain type of team member who isn't afraid to wear a lot of hats to get the job done. Each person makes up a bit of the culture and although the team ebbs and flows in size, when the right people click, we know how to have a great time in the office "Beach House".

Unfortunately there is a fair amount of turnover, like there is in all agencies, but with a smaller team that can be a lot tougher on those who stay.
