As an Artist Manager, I’ve had strong exposure to working with creators, brands, and different types of campaigns, which has really helped me grow professionally. The environment is fast-paced but collaborative, and the team is supportive when it comes to new ideas and execution. Management is approachable, and there’s a good level of trust and ownership given to employees. It’s a great place if you’re looking to build experience in the digital and influencer marketing industry.

The workload can sometimes get intense during peak campaign periods, and timelines can be tight. A bit more structured processes in some areas could help improve efficiency.

Working at One Digital has been a good experience overall. The company culture is decent—not exceptionally great, but not bad either. However, there are some remarkable individuals within the company. Their marketing expertise and strong market connections are truly impressive. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help. As a woman, I felt well-supported and cared for by them. Even after leaving, their support has been outstanding.
