Cons
I did not like having to sell by a script. It was a little awkward that there is a part deep in the script that tells a fake personal story about what your dad always told you. Anyone who calls more than once will hear the same story/script.
You will have to measure someone’s roof while talking to them and trying to sell them a roof based on a memorized long script. It was hard for me to remember what to say while measuring.
