Pros

My coworkers were really great.

Cons

Head of the company (H.O.C.) lures you in with false promises of wanting to change and grow the company with your help but does not trust anyone to help with that change. Micro managing in the worst way including having the H.O.C. standing behind you watching you work or wanting you to stop work a couple times a day and have a meeting with him which means, go sit in office for an hour or two while he discusses the project but offers no critique or useful information, just the information you had to begin with. H.O.C. slows things down, makes everyone very unproductive. Clients should be wary of the fact that hours are not tracked very well and that H.O.C. often stays late doing his own version of everyone else's work and charges clients for both. H.O.C. is very moody, wants everyone to be his friend and gets upset when you want to work instead of go in to his office to talk (socially). Some people are afraid to even go out to lunch because he gets upset. H.O.C. can be very unprofessional and uncomfortable to work with. Also talks down about staff to other staff members. Staff turnover is very high and workers are very dissatisfied with H.O.C.

Pros

Jean, the owner, is fantastic at guiding creative content giving constructive criticism. The group works really well together, and there's a good amount of activity going on at any given time. It was perfect for learning, because they let me explore whatever aspect of the agency I liked.

Cons

I didn't come across many negatives here. Jean was often busy, which could make it difficult to get a word in with him, but otherwise, it was a good experience.
