Despite the cons, I think this place can grow. It has to button down product glitches and turnover. Loved my coworkers Free stocked kitchen Fun techy startup atmosphere Cool events offsite for staff like movies golf etc
Cons
Sometimes a not-fun techy startup atmosphere when the product needs quick fixes on tight deadlines One manager was a little too vocal about low opinions of other staff Lots of turnover Low pay Promotion opportunities not as described in the interview No training, no joke... nada Product often has recurring issues that need the same fixes over and over again
