Pros
We have a great team that is helping those in the construction trades move into the digital age with their sales process/estimating/closing. Our leadership is very in tune with what is needed by our team to be successful & they go out of their way to set us up with the proper tools for success. We have the ability to work from home or office which is a TREMENDOUS value in today's environment. On top of feeling appreciated and valued from the leadership team, the work we are doing is literally helping other companies stay open & keep employees on the payroll which is an incredibly gratifying feeling. Our product allows contractors to meet/pitch/close their clients in a remote setting or in-home if allowed, so each client we have may support another 5-10 jobs (at minimum) & I cannot think of a more important thing given the current circumstances we find ourselves.
Cons
No cons per se. We are making waves in a notoriously fickle industry during uncertain times, so our team needs to be nimble in what they are doing day to day to ensure we are meeting all of their needs. If you need a set routine that you replicate daily, we may not be the place for you.
