Cons
-depending on the department you're in, some applications and programs are not very user friendly. However, there is no pressure to learn quickly. There is an estimated time frame that you'll have a good idea of what you're doing in the company after about 6mths, and at the 1 year mark and on is where you really start honing your game. -the information you'll learn for the job can be very dense at the beginning and you may feel like you're drinking from a fire hose. Regardless, you will be well supported by management and your teammates alike and there is ample time to learn.
