Pros
Best part of working here was the 3days office and 2days WFH cos you don't need to get screamed at by the boomers. I can tell you the best parts were the animators and fx guys. Even working with Dyxxn was exciting. Everyone and anyone outside of being involve in bringing the animation to life was toxic. max.
Cons
So many cons that led to their downfall. Mdm Sashim, I hope you do see this to understand why everything failed. Useless meetings every other day where the time was NEVER focused on talking about work but talking about their vacations, their family history or their family problems. There was only 5% about work and it was such a waste of time. If they wanted to talk about their personal life, they could have done so during lunch time since they always went for 1-2 hrs lunch. They had so much time to talk instead of work and they act busy and work during their "holidays" and claim time off for those. Alot of expenses could have been saved if they didn't buy people out, and the animators could have been kept happy with better salary. It was a huge shock to me when they had to have permission to OT, otherwise none of our claims would be approved. The staff were already paid so little and yet their OT claims were denied. It was definitely not the overhead that was pulling the company down. You might want to look deeper into the administrative side to see what they have been cooking. And no, they do not pay bonuses or Aws either. Your bonuses and AWS were bi monthly birthday parties and festive catered food.
