Pros
It is a smaller company and helping students is a great reward. I worked independently, did numerous jobs so I loved the variety. There are a lot of nice people there and the benefits are pretty good. The starting wage isn't to bad.
Cons
There isn't a lot of room for advancement and any positions that become open are usually given to friends of the managers. This is a man based company since most of the employees are men, including upper management. Management doesn't recognize a good worker and if they do, they take complete advantage with out promoting or raises.
