Pros
Because the company is so small, there's opportunity for recent grads to get experience in the different aspects of taking a problem like resistance to immunotherapy, from a treatment idea to clinical trials and submission to the FDA. It's a very collaborative work environment and great for somebody that's eager to learn.
Cons
Currently still in startup phase so the future of the company relies on investor funding
