Some meaningful work in the type of contracts and type of help the company provides. There's the opportunity help people get the services they need.
Cons
Very toxic work environment. Management often had issues with employees and made comments that were often out of line. People are very overworked and not recognized for their hard work. You may be put in compromising situations with clients that can be unethical.
