I've found in my time that everyone is collaborative, eager to support and importantly, decisions are made quickly for the betterment of the organisation and employees. HR is now playing an active part within the business, providing day to day operational support, as well as strategic support across the business and this has helped to identify areas for improvement. Welfare is a priority and employees are very well looked after. The company has a hybrid working model, enabling greater work/life balance and there are opportunities across the year for teams to come together. development is taken seriously and there is a policy of internal recruitment ahead of seeking external candidates.
