Great curriculum; hands-on managers; coaching sessions, compensation, and giving support to students in reading is a great feeling and job.
Cons
The repetition of the work that is done, and possibly the number of students you work with back to back. The process it takes to set up on the chromebook to record sessions for each student may be tiresome until you get used to it.
