      Pros

      Everyone from the top down is kind and understanding. I never feel judged or scared to ask questions and might even be the first company where I called out sick and felt like I wasn't secretly reprimanded.

      Cons

      Not enough hours for techs. Still a great job if you just need supplemental income and they do tell you from the beginning that nothing over 20hr/ weeks is promised,

      Pros

      Make your own shift, easy going. Managers are nice and don’t bother you very often at all. Just do your inspections and you’re good to go.

      Cons

      Sometimes you’ll set a day to work but they won’t have any inspections for you to do.
