      OnSip has an excellent product, a great organization that takes care of both employees and their customers, and we also have the best customers too.

      Cons

      Nothing much really. With the last company I worked for (11 years) I had no idea how toxic it was until I started working for OnSip.

      Great team and management. Decent Pay.

      Cons

      Commissions get paid quarterly and lots of reconciling due to the type of commisions.
