Cons
Because of the incredible rate of growth, there are many changes happening all at once. New facilities, new procedures, new managers, new policies, etc. which all contribute to a rapidly evolving business. For some, the constant change and trial / error phase is frustrating, and not all can handle the frying pan. The starting pay is lower than industry competitors, but is quickly scaled up based on the individual's progression and growth in the company. This is not a "job" in the normal sense, if you are not a self-starter and quickly become un-motivated, or need constant structure, you will not do well.
