      They don't have any Pros, there presense is doubtful and seems fake

      Cons

      They ask to buy a kit worth Rs3000 . I don't think any company will ask a fresher to buy stuff that will promote their advertisement and product.

      Salary offered is as per the market standards. Working environment is pleasant. Seniors doesn't nag you unnecessarily. Liberty to come forward with new ideas despite of your designation.
