This job is one of the best jobs you can get. It is flexible and family oriented. Anytime i needed a day off due to something with my kids, whether they were sick or because of some activity they were in, I had no problem getting the time off. The benefits are great and the people are great.

No room for growth in the position I was in. No option for raises accept annually.

Everyone is nice and you have career growth potential and money potential… if you want to work 10hrs and day work your butt off for little recognition. Idk people love it there but chasing people constantly for money is exhausting
