Pros

By showing enthusiasm and dedication coming into the firm, I got to work on a range of different tasks in essentially all aspects of the business, rising quickly. Genuinely interesting to get to engage with current and new experts, particularly as part of communications initiatives. Very interesting business concept and it was interesting to be part of carving out a niche in what is an essential support service to international development and investment actors.

Cons

While at OnFrontiers, the downsides, as with any startup, have to do with planning. Compensation compared to hours worked will, naturally, not match private sector or gov jobs, short-term nature of contracts can cause friction, especially in a long-distance setting.

Pros

Coworkers and management is very helpful, good culture

Cons

The nature of being a BDR in the SaaS space is difficult in itself, not a specific con of the firm
